Founded in 1993, with locations in Metro Vancouver and on Vancouver Island, Together We Can Addiction Recovery & Education Society is one of Canada’s leading treatment centres for men.

Our mission is to educate and support men and families who desire a new life in recovery.

Together We Can provides over 300 men with 60-90 days of recovery focused addiction treatment followed by supported recovery housing opportunities in a therapeutic residential setting.

Our continuum of care includes residential and outpatient addiction treatment, supported recovery living, continuing care, alumni initiatives and a support program for families which form an integrated approach to recovery.

We are a licensed healthcare service provider through Vancouver Coastal Health.

As a registered charity, we are dedicated to building positive and enduring relationships with families, donors, community partners, and Government.

Together, we can rebuild lives, heal families and strengthen communities.

Thank you for your generous support.

FUNDRAISING GOALS

As a non-profit, donors play a crucial role in allowing Together We Can to sustain our vital addiction recovery programs. Your donations will be used for facility expansion as well as the Fallen Sons Memorial Fund.

Our treatment centre in Vancouver operates consistently at full capacity as do each of our supported recovery homes. The opioid crisis has created a drastic need for upgrades and expansion in order to meet the increasing needs. As such, construction on our Resource & Education Centre will begin in 2019. It will house 4 classrooms and 4 meeting rooms that will be home to various recovery services for clients, alumni and the broader community– including counselling, group therapy, family programs, educational programs, 12 step meetings and outpatient services.

The Fallen Sons Memorial Fund is dedicated to honoring the memory of men who have lost their lives to the disease of addiction. It was created to help families who have lost loved ones find solace by witnessing the miracle of recovery in others. Funds are used to offset costs for men whose families do not have the means to pay for treatment and to provide educational opportunities for men who have been successful in their recovery. At our 2017 gala, we honored John Nichols and in 2018, we honored Drake Kotula.
